What follows is what the developer&#8217;s documentation declares; ELRE has not independently verified it.<\/p>\n<h3>Declared data (source: Noval Properties documentation)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1,319 residences in 15 buildings, built in 5 phases on a 95,514 m\u00b2 site.<\/li>\n<li>Units from 51.90 m\u00b2 (1 bedroom) to 286.15 m\u00b2 (3 bedrooms, roof terrace included), with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom layouts.<\/li>\n<li>Prices of the units still available in the price list consulted: from USD 255,000 (1 bedroom, approx. 73 m\u00b2) to USD 635,000 (3 bedrooms, approx. 137-156 m\u00b2 plus terrace). Several layouts are already sold out.<\/li>\n<li>Amenities: social club with restaurant, gym, hotel-style lobby bar, pool bar, spa and wellness area, an 830-metre linear pool (2,892 m\u00b2), sports areas, food truck and coffee bar.<\/li>\n<li>Location: a few minutes from Arena Gorda beach and from Punta Cana International Airport; the sources do not quantify distances in metres or minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Timeline: Phase 1 started in June 2025; delivery of Phase 1 expected in December 2028. No dates are declared for the later phases.<\/li>\n<li>Declared payment plans: 90\/0\/10, 50\/30\/20 or 20\/60\/20 (at signing \/ during construction \/ at delivery).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What is not documented yet<\/h3>\n<p>Permit status (no mention of CONFOTUR), road access, utilities and area risks are not covered by the available sources.
