Poseidonia is a branded residential development at Cana Bay, Punta Cana, developed by Noval Properties and managed by the international hotel brand Aston Hotels & Residences. What follows is what the developer’s documentation declares; ELRE has not independently verified it.

• 1,319 residences in 15 buildings, built in 5 phases on a 95,514 m² site.
• Units from 51.90 m² (1 bedroom) to 286.15 m² (3 bedrooms, roof terrace included), with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom layouts.
• Prices of the units still available in the price list consulted: from USD 255,000 (1 bedroom, approx. 73 m²) to USD 635,000 (3 bedrooms, approx. 137-156 m² plus terrace). Several layouts are already sold out.
• Amenities: social club with restaurant, gym, hotel-style lobby bar, pool bar, spa and wellness area, an 830-metre linear pool (2,892 m²), sports areas, food truck and coffee bar.
• Location: a few minutes from Arena Gorda beach and from Punta Cana International Airport; the sources do not quantify distances in metres or minutes.
• Timeline: Phase 1 started in June 2025; delivery of Phase 1 expected in December 2028. No dates are declared for the later phases.
• Declared payment plans: 90/0/10, 50/30/20 or 20/60/20 (at signing / during construction / at delivery).
