The private villa events we organise on request are born this way: from the house, the people and the occasion, not from a standard package.
Elite Luxury Real Estate coordinates, with suppliers chosen case by case, everything that is needed: the chauffeured car that collects guests at the airport, the private flight or the yacht, the set-up, the lighting, the food, the wine, the music, the photography and the security. The client talks to a single point of contact and enjoys the evening instead of managing it.
We are not an events agency open to everyone: private villa events are an on-request service for the clients of Elite Luxury Real Estate and of the studio. They are used by owners of villas and second homes, by those buying a property with us who want to live in it before or right after completion, by those who have just finished building and want to inaugurate the house, and by families and groups of international guests. Each request is assessed for feasibility, timing and location before it becomes a proposal.

For buyers, private villa events can accompany the decision: a dinner in the house being considered, a weekend in the destination, a meeting with the architect to understand what can be transformed. For those building with the studio, the first party in the finished house closes the construction site and presents years of work to friends. For those who have lived in the villa for a while, an event is a way to rediscover it: a summer evening in the garden, a winter dinner by the fireplace, a family celebration.
In every case the event stays linked to the house and the project: it is the natural extension of a relationship of trust, not a service of its own.
From the house to the evening: the event grows from the architecture
Behind Elite Luxury Real Estate is the studio of architect Federico Cappellina, which designs contemporary villas in the Veneto and Lombardy. This is why we approach private villa events with the eye of someone who knows the house: where guests arrive, where they pause, where they dine, where the sunset can be seen, how guests move without crossing the private areas.
A pool becomes the centre of a summer dinner; a portico hosts the aperitif; the lawn turns into an open-air room with a long table and low, warm light; the living room, with its glazing open to the garden, welcomes a private dinner. Private villa events succeed when the set-up enhances the architecture instead of covering it.
Light, routes and acoustics
At private villa events the lighting is designed like that of the house: grazing light on the paths, soft light on the tables, no spotlight in the guests’ eyes. The house stays a home
At private villa events we protect floors, lawns and furniture, define the areas closed to guests and return the villa to how it was the next day. For those who live in the house every day, this is the most important part of the service.

The private villa event formats we organise
Every event is different, but most requests fall into five formats. We use them as a starting point, then adapt them to the guests, the season and the house.
Dinner under the stars
A dinner in the garden, by the pool or on the terrace, for ten to fifty guests. Private chef, sommelier, table setting, flowers and light are designed for the place; live music accompanies without covering conversation. It is the most requested format among private villa events, because it combines intimacy and spectacle.
Private party at the villa
A milestone birthday, a summer to celebrate, the inauguration of a new home. Cocktail bar, DJ set or live music, standing or buffet catering, garden lighting, cloakroom, valet parking and discreet security: a private party needs precise direction, especially when there are many guests.

Design evening with furniture brands
A newly finished villa is the best place to present the interiors to those who chose them and to those who want to choose them. On request we organise presentation evenings with the furniture, lighting and outdoor companies of the projects, with the architect explaining materials and choices. They are private gatherings, far from trade fairs, where design is seen lived in. The selection of brands is that of The Villa Edit.
Private viewing of a villa for sale
For those considering buying a villa, the viewing can become an experience: arrival with a chauffeur, a stay in a selected hotel or in the villa where possible, a tour of the property with the architect, lunch or dinner and a programme in the destination. Private villa events rely on many different services. We coordinate them through suppliers selected for each event, after checking their availability, permits and quality.
Guest mobility
For private villa events we arrange chauffeured cars, transfers from airports, ports and stations and luxury car rental: the details are on the page private luxury mobility. For those arriving from far away we organise private flights and helicopters; by the sea, yachts and tenders for an aperitif at anchor or to reach the venue.

At private villa events food is not a side service. Food islands, cocktails and walking service are designed like a set: surfaces, lights, heights and guest routes. In more dynamic formats the seated dinner gives way to a sequence of moments, from aperitif to dessert, that accompanies the show.
A short, striking show
Performers, acrobats and dancers, live music and a DJ set for the second part of the evening, light installations that transform the architecture. One central moment, short and precise, is worth more than three hours of continuous entertainment: guests must be able to talk to each other.
Selected guests and partners
The quality of private villa events depends on the people invited: clients, professionals, entrepreneurs, a few journalists. When the event calls for it, a few companies consistent with the project can be involved, such as furniture, kitchens, pools, wine or cars, chosen and agreed case by case. One direction, many crafts
Behind private villa events of this level work several different figures that are worth telling apart: whoever has the idea and commissions the event, the party planner who coordinates, the caterer and front-of-house staff, the artists and the company that provides them, the audio, lighting and video service, whoever builds sets and installations, the venue with its own rules. They are often six or seven different parties.
For the private villa events we organise, the client talks to a single point of contact; we choose and coordinate every supplier after checking references, availability and permits, and the proposal states who will do what.
Live music, new talent and TV filming
For evenings with live music and video content we work with Mirco Bastianello, creator and presenter of Nokep TV Generation, the touring music talent show born in Verona and broadcast on Sky. For private villa events, on request, he curates the artistic selection and hosts the evening, bringing young voices from the show’s circuit to the stage: an acoustic set during dinner, current hits for the second part.

Interviews, video and content
Private villa events can be told through professional filming, interviews with guests and partners, behind-the-scenes footage and a short 60-90 second film for social media and post-event communication. For a company or a brand this content lasts: the story of the evening goes on for months. A television broadcast is only possible with a specific agreement with the production and the broadcaster, to be defined case by case.
Discretion comes first
At private villa events, filming and publication are decided with the client: areas of the house without cameras, guests who prefer not to appear, approval of photos and videos before release. At private villa events privacy comes before visibility.

Furniture and set-up: the villa ready to entertain
Many newly bought or newly finished villas are not yet furnished for entertaining. For private villa events we can set up outdoor lounges, tables, seating, shade, light and flowers, or complete the furniture permanently with the help of the architecture studio, so that after the party the house is ready to live in.

Where we organise private villa events
In Italy we work mainly between Verona, Lake Garda, Vicenza, Venice and the Venetian coast, Milan and Lombardy, Versilia and the Dolomites; we also consider requests in other regions. Abroad we follow the destinations of Elite Luxury Real Estate: the Dominican Republic, Dubai and Zanzibar.
The tone of the event changes with the place: Mediterranean and informal by the sea, urban and contemporary in the city, intimate in the mountains, tropical and private in the Caribbean. Private villa events abroad are organised with verified local suppliers and with more notice.

Verona and Valpolicella
Historic palazzi in the centre of Verona, Venetian villas with parks, design wineries among the Valpolicella vineyards: places where the architecture already provides half the set design. Panoramic relais on the hills suit small groups; large numbers need spaces with kitchens and services already in place.
Lake Garda

During Vinitaly and Marmomac the city welcomes producers, architects and clients from all over the world. It is the ideal moment for private villa events or evenings in a historic palazzo designed for international guests: private dinners, tastings, presentations of projects and materials far from the crowded halls.
Private villa events in every season
Summer is the natural season for private villa events: dinners in the garden, pool parties, sunset aperitifs. But the house entertains well all year round. In autumn a dinner with the wines of the harvest, in December a winter evening with the fire lit and warm light in the rooms, in spring a long lunch outdoors when the garden is in bloom.
The season changes the set-up: heaters and covers for cool evenings, shade and water for the hot hours, alternative plans in case of rain. Every proposal always includes an indoor plan B.
What we need to prepare a proposal
To build a proposal for private villa events a few details are enough: the date or period, the location, the approximate number of guests, the occasion, the kind of evening you imagine, the services you want and an order of magnitude for the budget. If the event takes place in a house we do not know, we also need a few photographs, a plan and access information.
With these elements we prepare a first idea, check supplier availability and tell you the time required.
How it works, step by step
1. Confidential brief
A conversation to understand the occasion, date, place, number and profile of the guests, style, services required, level of privacy and indicative budget.
2. Concept and proposal
A concept for private villa events consistent with the house and a proposal with suppliers, timing and costs item by item. No hidden costs: every service is listed with its price.
3. Coordination
Site visits, permits, rehearsals, the arrivals and transfers plan, the running order of the evening. For private villa events the client has a single point of contact.
4. The evening and the day after
On-site direction during the event, dismantling and restoration of the house the next day, delivery of photos and video.
Privacy, permits and neighbours
Private villa events require attention to what cannot be seen: the guest list, confidentiality agreements with suppliers when needed, no photos published without consent. We check permits, times and noise limits with the municipality and the relevant authorities, and when necessary we inform the neighbours.
For safety we assess access, parking, the pool and the lighting of paths at night, with dedicated staff when the number of guests requires it.
Timing and budget
For private villa events you need roughly two or three weeks for a private dinner and one or two months for a party with many guests; for July and August, for major celebrations and for events abroad it is best to start earlier. The budget depends on guests, venue and services: we build it with you from the brief, without predefined packages.

Yes. We design representative evenings with a recognisable theme, a scenographic buffet, a show and selected guests, in a villa or a venue chosen together, coordinating every supplier.

Yes, on request: private dinners, tastings and presentations for international guests in villas, historic palazzi or wineries, with the notice needed in the weeks of the fairs.
Can you bring live music and video filming to the evening?
Yes. With Mirco Bastianello of Nokep TV Generation we handle artistic selection, hosting and performances by young talent; filming, interviews and videos are agreed with the client, respecting the guests’ privacy.
How much does a private villa event cost?
There are no fixed packages: the cost depends on guests, venue and services. After the brief you will receive a proposal with every item listed.
