Sauna accessories: the villa wellness line
Seats, shelves and containers in wood and stone, designed by the studio for the sauna and spa area of the villa. A line under development: for now a private waitlist.
Sauna accessories designed with the house
Sauna accessories are the part you see most and think about last: seats, headrests, shelves, containers, supports. When they are chosen at random, the most beautiful cabin loses its design. The villa wellness line is a coordinated set of accessories designed by the studio for the sauna and spa area, in materials that withstand heat and humidity.
What the villa wellness line includes
- Seats and headrests: clean forms, untreated wood suited to heat, no part that burns on contact with the skin.
- Shelves and supports: for towels, bucket and ladle, oils and tools, flush with the cabin walls.
- Containers: to keep tidy what is needed next to the sauna and the shower.
- Stone details: rests and surfaces for the relaxation area or the shower zone.
Design rules for sauna accessories
Sauna accessories follow the same rules as the cabin: natural materials, clean lines, no large logos, and proportions compatible with the space. Cabins on the market range from about 90 × 90 cm to about 2.3 × 2.5 m, and the objects are designed to fit both sizes without blocking the passage or the door.
- Materials: wood and stone, chosen to withstand high temperatures and humidity.
- Surfaces: free of exposed metal parts that could burn.
- Coherence: colours and grain in harmony with the cabin and with the finishes of the bathroom or spa.
What we check before producing
Before making a single piece we check the compatibility of materials with heat (wood species and finishes), the absence of parts that burn, and compliance with the rules for articles that touch the skin. We look for Italian joinery and stone workshops and compare quotes only if the waitlist shows interest. No supplier has been contacted yet.
From the guide to the object
For the cabin’s sizes, ventilation and systems see the Italian home sauna guide. For a sauna and a cold plunge designed on the villa see custom sauna and cold plunge. The accessories complete the project.
