The Longevity Home Collection
The Longevity Home Collection brings together a few objects for sleep, wellness and the sauna, designed by the architect for the villa. Private waitlist: no payment, no obligation.
A line of objects designed for the villa
We have been designing villas for years. When we work on the bedroom, the wellness area or the garden, we notice that the right objects often do not exist: they are either made for a generic catalogue or they do not speak to the materials and proportions of the house. The Longevity Home Collection was born from this gap: a few objects, designed with the same care as an architectural detail.
The Longevity Home Collection is not a shop yet. Before producing anything we want to understand which objects really interest people who live in a high-end home, so we are opening a private waitlist.
What we are preparing in the Longevity Home Collection
Sleep kit
Linen, blackout and accessories for the bedroom, coordinated with the materials and colours of the villa. The bedroom is where architecture affects the quality of rest the most: the kit of the Longevity Home Collection is meant to complete that work, not replace it. Under study.
Villa wellness line
Accessories for the sauna and the spa area of the Longevity Home Collection, designed by the studio to blend into the project: seats, shelves, containers and details in wood and stone that withstand heat and humidity. First in development. Read the page on luxury sauna accessories.
Bespoke sauna and plunge
One-off pieces designed together with the villa, with materials and dimensions defined on your space and coordinated with systems, ventilation and finishes. Made only as part of a project. First in development. Read the page on custom sauna and luxury cold plunge. For reference sizes, systems and costs see our infrared sauna and villa wellness guide.
Why an architect's signature
An object for the home works when it is designed together with the space that receives it: proportions, materials, light and systems. Whoever designs the villa knows these relationships before anyone else. The Longevity Home Collection brings that same attention into objects that can be bought separately from the project.

Designing the longevity home
A longevity home is designed, not furnished afterwards. Federico Cappellina‘s studio integrates the wellness area, sauna, sleep-focused bedroom, air and light quality from the very first drawings: if you are planning a new villa or a renovation, this is the place to start.
